Isaiah 42:10-11 ESV
10 Sing to the Lord a new song,
His praise from the end of the earth,
You who go down to the sea, and all that fills it,
The coastlands and their inhabitants.
11 Let the desert and its cities lift up their voice,
The villages that Kadar inhabits;
Let the habitants of Sela sing for joy,
Let them shout from the top of the mountains.
“Awake my soul and sing,
Awake my Soul
Sing His praise aloud,
Sing His praise aloud.”
In the Bible we are instructed to sing and shout the praises of the Lord from the lowest lows to the highest highs. Bringing us forth from our slumber and into the presence of the one true King. Without Him nothing is possible and without Him the impossible is never reached. There is a song in all of us that the Lord wrapped our delicate hearts in and vulnerability is the key to letting that song arise from our chest. Sing, shout, lift up your voice and call forth the spirit that He laid inside you for the world to hear. Sing baby! Your father loves your voice.
