Whose mind is stayed on You
This is gonna be short and sweet. Buckle up. We’ve been spending several months in our small groups at Echo Church going through a great study about the importance of harnessing your emotions. The entire study really revolves around this scripture.
As followers of Jesus Christ, indwelled with the Holy Spirit, we have no reason to struggle in our mind. Healing, freedom, peace, and joy are all at our disposal. We’ve got all the tools in the toolbox. They just have to be utilized.
If you’re struggling today, refocus your attention and stay (focus, meditate) your mind on God. Turn off whatever music you’re listening to or t.v. show you’re watching and refocus your mind to Kingdom truths. Colossians 3:1-4 lays it out plainly. If you are in Christ, seek Christ.
