For You did form my inward parts; You did knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will confess and praise You for You are fearful and wonderful and for the awful wonder of my birth! Wonderful are Your works, and that my inner self knows right well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was being formed in secret [and] intricately and curiously wrought [as if embroidered with various colors] in the depths of the earth [a region of darkness and mystery].
Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book all the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them. How precious and weighty also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I could count them, they would be more in number than the sand. When I awoke, [could I count to the end] I would still be with You.
Are you the real you? Do you allow others to really see who you are? That is a question we should all stop and answer for ourselves. So many people are afraid to be who they really are. They hide under a mask until they are grossed out by there own stale air and gasp for air as soon as they unveil their mask when they walk into their private homes. Why? Why do you want to be fake? Why are you scared to face the world and be brave? BRAVE is the new beautiful! You just have to dig deep down and find the COURAGE to be the real you. The you that God designed. The you that will fulfill a God give purpose.
You are unique.
Instead of putting on your mask in the morning and trying to reach the unattainable expectations of a perfect appearance; stop and ask God to make you brave and be authentic as you begin your day. BE YOU! Be Brave enough to be who God designed you to be!
“The best thing you can ever do for yourself and the world is to BE who God made you to be! You are a gift to the world. Don’t be like anyone else. BE YOU.”
